Terms & Conditions

This site is property of Pueblo Inc. (Amigo). By using Amigo.com services, the user agrees to the following conditions. The user has the responsibility to read this document carefully.

Privacy

You should read our Privacy Policy, which details the ins and outs of voluntary sharing, website responsibilities, and user responsibilities before participating in or browsing through this website.

Purchase Cancellation

If the user wishes to cancel a purchase, they may do so at no additional cost if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date and time selected for Pickup or Delivery of the purchase. If the cancellation is made after this 24-hour period, the user may be subject to a restocking fee of $15. Purchase Returned or Not Picked Up

If the user has not picked up their purchase or has not been available to receive it on the date and time settled in advance, the store may charge the total service fee as well as 15% of the total purchase. The user is responsible for canceling/changing the delivery or pickup date on or before 24 hours of the scheduled date for delivery or pickup. 

Payments and Fraud Prevention

Amigo.com implements reasonable security measures to protect users' information during the checkout process. However, by using the site, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your payment information, as well as your login credentials, and any other activity conducted under your account.

Electronic Communications

Once the user uses any service through this website, he is authorizing Amigo to send emails, texts, telephone calls or by regular mail to communicate or send any information that the user has requested. This means that the user is legally accepting all agreements, notices, disclosures, and any other communications described herein and in our privacy policy.

Copyright

All content included in, or made available through Amigo.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data collection, and software support, is the property of Pueblo Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States (U.S.) and international copyright laws. All content hosted or made available through any Amigo.com service is the exclusive property of Pueblo Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

The user must request permission to reproduce or publish on other websites the material owned by Amigo.com published on this website. Likewise, the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or available through Amigo.com are trademarks or trade dress of Pueblo Inc. in Puerto Rico and the U.S.

Amigo.com trademarks, trade dress or messages may not be used with any product or service that does not belong to Amigo.com, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any way that disqualifies or discredits Amigo.com. All other non-Amigoweb.com trademarks displayed on Amigo.com are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, related to, or sponsored by Amigo.com. Patents

Patents belonging to Amigo.com are applicable to Amigo.com services as well as to the features and services accessible through them.

License and Access

Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, you may not submit or use presentation techniques to display any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or formats) of Amigo.com without written consent.

The user may not use meta tags and/or any "hidden text" that uses the name of Amigo.com without written permission. The user may not misuse the services of Amigo.com. The user is authorized to use the services of Amigo.com only to the extent permitted by law. Licenses granted by Amigo.com will determine Terms of Use.

Your Account

When using the Amigo.com service, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password, as well as for restricting access to his/her computer. In addition, you agree to assume responsibility for all activities that occur using your account or password.

Amigo.com does not offer services to minors directly. Minors may use Amigo.com services only under the supervision of an adult or their guardian. Alcoholic beverages will only be dispensed to users of legal age or as established by law. To have access to controlled products such as liquor or tobacco products, the user must be of legal age.

Amigo.com reserves the right to terminate accounts, profiles or not to offer the delivery or pick-up service to users who do not comply with the requirements of the law or if there is a suspicion that it is a minor who is managing the profile or account.

Opinions, Comments, Communications and Other Content

Visitors to the Website may offer opinions, comments, photographs, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, provided that the content thereof is not unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including rights of publicity), or otherwise offensive to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain computer viruses, political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use false email addresses, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a payment card or any content. Amigo.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

When you post content or submit material for publication, and unless stated otherwise, you grant Amigo.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, fulfill, translate, create derivative works, distribute and display such content worldwide and through any media. You grant Amigo.com and its sublicensees the right to use the name you submitted in connection with such content, should they choose. You represent and warrant that the rights to the content you posted belong to or otherwise under your control; that the content is accurate; that the use of such content will not violate this policy and will not cause any harm to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Amigo.com with respect to any claims resulting from the content that such user submitted. Amigo.com has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Amigo.com assumes no responsibility or liability with respect to any content posted by you or any third party.

Returns & Refunds

Amigo.com is committed to serving the best quality products. If the user receives a product not ordered, or does not receive a product, or product does not meet quality standards, or for any other compelling reason, the user has the right to contact (787)757-3131 or email servicio@pueblo.net to initiate the exchange or refund process as applicable. Pueblo's return policy states that any perishable product must be returned within 24 hours and in the case of non-perishable products, the customer has up to 48 hours to request a return or refund with their purchase receipt. If the product has been correctly dispatched both through collection and delivery, the customer can return it to the store with the receipt. 

Product Descriptions

Amigo.com does not warrant that the descriptions or content of any product are accurate, or error-free. If a product offered by Amigo.com does not meet this description, the user may return the product within the term expressed in the return and refund policies, if it has not been used, opened or damaged in any way and has their purchase receipt at hand.

Prices

The "Regular Price" is the asking price. Amigo.com regularly reviews and applies price changes. The special prices at the time the customer submits their online purchase through Amigo.com will be honored. We are detail-oriented and reserve the right to limit quantities.

We generally do not make charges to the user payment options until after the order is completed, verified and the user has defined the shipping process. This allows time to process any substitution that has had to be made according to the customer's specifications and/or any difference in the total sale of those products that are charged based on their weight. The customer must make clear their instructions regarding substitutions and/or indicate that they do not wish to replace out-of- stock or unavailable products. If there are no indications in the system about substitutions, the missing product will be removed from the purchase.

Mobile App Permissions

When using the app, Pueblo allows your device to perform certain processes. Most devices provide information related to those permissions.

Software Terms (Software)

In addition to the Terms of Use, the terms described below apply to any software (including any software updates or upgrades and any related documentation) that we make available from time to time for user use in connection with Amigo.com.

Amigo.com Services and all information, content, materials, products (including the "software”) and other services included in or otherwise available through the Amigo.com Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. Amigo.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Amigo.com Services or the information, content, materials, products (including the "Software") or other services included on or otherwise available to you through Amigo.com Services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the Amigo.com services is at your own risk.

Amigo.com does not guarantee that the Amigo.com services, information, content, materials, products (including the "software") or other services included in or otherwise available on Amigo.com, Amigo servers or electronic communications sent from Amigo.com are free of computer viruses or other harmful components. Neither Amigo.com nor Pueblo Inc. is liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any Amigo.com services, or any information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through Amigo.com, including but not limited to direct damages, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law

By using Amigo.com, you agree that applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Amigo.com.

Site Policies and Modification

We suggest reviewing our policies published on this portal. These policies will also govern your use of Amigo.com services. We reserve the right to make changes to our portal, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions are void, invalid or for any other reason unenforceable, such conditions shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
